New Sermon Series: Everything Changes!
"For by grace you have been saved through faith. And this is not your own doing; it is the gift of God, not a result of works, so that no one may boast.” --Eph. 2:8-9 Welcome to our summer 2017 sermon series in Paul’s letter to the Ephesians! Written while in prison in Rome, the apostle wrote an astounding letter that is just as relevant to the church today as it was in the first century. During this preaching series we will be learning from Paul about:
New life (1:3-2:10) God has given us a new life in Christ, through the power of the gospel.
New society (2:11-3:21) God has created a new community through Christ, who has established unity and reconciliation.
New standards (4:1-5:21) God expects His new society to live a new way of life, as Christ enables us to live in righteousness.
New relationships (5:21-6:24) God has brought us into new relationships through Christ, changing the way we relate to each other and to the world.
In other words, Everything Changes! Everything is new! Everything is transformed when you come into your new life in Christ. You are invited to read and study with us through the Book of Ephesians!
